Abstract
Kabupaten Trenggalek memiliki banyak destinasi wisata yang menarik. Karena banyaknya destinasi wisata yang ada membuat wisatawan perlu mencari informasi satu per satu, maka sangat penting untuk menyediakan platform informasi yang berkaitan dengan destinasi wisata. Website informasi destinasi wisata bertujuan memberikan informasi yang lengkap mengenai destinasi wisata dan kuliner yang ada di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Selain itu, website ini menawarkan fitur unggulan, yaitu kalkulator perhitungan wisata yang membantu wisatawan mengestimasi biaya kunjungan ke destinasi wisata dan produk wisata di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Dalam perancangan website ini, beberapa faktor penting mempengaruhi kebutuhan pengguna, terutama User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD), yang tujuannya berfokus pada karakteristik, preferensi, dan kebutuhan pengguna. Melalui penelitian ini, System Usability Scale (SUS) digunakan untuk proses evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa website Nakula Sadewa dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna dengan kategori excellent dengan hasil akhir skor SUS sebesar 80,9.
English Abstract
The Regency of Trenggalek has numerous appealing tourist destinations. Due to the large number of existing destinations, tourists often need to search for information individually, making it essential to provide an information platform related to tourism. The tourism centre system website serves to offer comprehensive details about tourist attractions and culinary spots in Trenggalek Regency. Additionally, this website offers a unique feature: a tourism cost calculator that helps tourists estimate the expenses needed when visiting various tourist destinations and tourism products in Trenggalek Regency. In designing this website, several critical factors affect user needs, particularly the User Interface (UI) dan User Experinece (UX). This final project employs the User centered Design (UCD) method, which focuses on the characteristics, preferences, and needs of users. The evaluation process uses the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate that the Nakula Sadewa website is well-received by users, achieving an excellent rating with a final SUS score of 80,9.
