Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, menyumbang 61,97% dari PDB dan menyerap 97% tenaga kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi tantangan besar dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan persaingan yang ketat. Di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, UMKM terus meningkat tetapi penjualan produk, seperti Ledre, justru menurun. Ledre, kue khas Bojonegoro, penting sebagai warisan budaya namun penjualannya optimal hanya saat liburan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh dynamic capability terhadap kinerja inovasi dan Sustainable Competitive Advantage pada UMKM Ledre di Bojonegoro. Temuan diharapkan membantu pelaku usaha Ledre mengembangkan strategi dan praktik keberlanjutan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan daya saing. Penelitian ini penting untuk memahami dinamika bisnis dan membantu UMKM Ledre menghadapi perubahan lingkungan dan persaingan yang semakin kompleks. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan explanatoris dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu UMKM ledre di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling sehingga diperoleh 71 orang responden dan telah memenuhi syarat jumlah minimal sampel dalam model SEM-PLS. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Dynamic capability (Sensing, Seizing, dan Reconfiguring Capability), kinerja inovasi (Z) dan Sustainable Competitive Advantage (Y). Instrumen atau pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala Likert 5 tingkat, pengumpulan data dengan angket dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Dynamic Capability (Sensing, Seizing, dan Reconfiguring Capability) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi pada UMKM Ledre di Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Selain itu, Dynamic Capability juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage UMKM Ledre di wilayah tersebut. Temuan penting lainnya adalah kinerja inovasi berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan antara Dynamic Capability dan Sustainable Competitive Advantage pada UMKM Ledre di Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dinamis UMKM dalam menangkap peluang (Sensing), mengeksploitasi peluang (Seizing), dan melakukan rekonfigurasi sumber daya (Reconfiguring) memiliki dampak langsung dan melalui kinerja inovasi untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan strategi dan praktik yang mendukung kemampuan dinamis UMKM untuk memperkuat posisi mereka dalam pasar yang kompetitif dan dinamis di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

English Abstract

MSMEs (Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises) have an important role in the Indonesian economy, contributing 61.97% of GDP and absorbing 97% of the workforce. However, MSMEs face great challenges in a dynamic business environment and intense competition. In Bojonegoro Regency, MSMEs continue to increase but sales of products, such as Ledre, are actually decreasing. Ledre, a typical Bojonegoro cake, is important as a cultural heritage but its sales are optimal only during holidays. This study aims to examine the influence of dynamic capability on innovation performance and Sustainable Competitive Advantage in Ledre MSMEs in Bojonegoro. The findings are expected to help Ledre businesses develop sustainability strategies and practices to improve operational performance and competitiveness. This research is important to understand business dynamics and help Ledre MSMEs face environmental changes and increasingly complex competition. The method in this study uses an explanatory approach with a quantitative research type, the population in this study is ledre MSMEs in Bojonegoro Regency, the sample was selected using random sampling technique so that 71 respondents were obtained and have met the minimum sample size requirements in the SEM�PLS model. The variables in this study consist of Dynamic capability (Sensing, Seizing, and Reconfiguring Capability), innovation performance (Z) and Sustainable Competitive Advantage (Y). Instrument or variable measurement using a 5-level Likert scale, data collection with questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study found that Dynamic Capability (Sensing, Seizing, and Reconfiguring Capability) has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance in Ledre MSMEs in Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency. In addition, Dynamic Capability also has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Competitive Advantage of Ledre MSMEs in the region. Another important finding is that innovation performance acts as a significant mediator between Dynamic Capability and Sustainable Competitive Advantage in Ledre MSMEs in Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency. This result shows that the dynamic capability of MSMEs in capturing opportunities (Sensing), exploiting opportunities (Seizing), and reconfiguring resources (Reconfiguring) has a direct impact and through innovation performance to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The implication of this research is the importance of developing strategies and practices that support the dynamic capabilities of MSMEs to strengthen their position in a competitive and dynamic market in Bojonegoro Regency
