Abstract

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pemesanan pada Shumai Dimsum Berbasis Web bertujuan untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan pemesanan serta untuk meminimalisir terjadinya antrean pada kasir agar tidak terjadi salah memproses pesanan. Sebelumnya proses transaksi pada shumai dimsumtelah menggunakan aplikasi kasir, namun hal tersebut masih belum menunjang proses transaksi apabila outlet sedang ramai pengunjung. Perancangan sistem informasi pemesanan pada shumai dimsum menggunakan metode waterfall, dimana metode ini memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu: analisis permasalahan, desain, implementasi, uji coba, dan pemeliharaan. Web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.

English Abstract

The design of the Shumai Dimsum Web-Based Ordering Information System aims to make it easier for consumers to place orders and to minimize queues at the cashier so that there is no wrong order processing. Previously, the transaction process at Shumai Dimsum had used a cashier application, but this still did not support the transaction process when the outlet was crowded with visitors. The design of the Shumai Dimsum ordering information system uses the waterfall method, where this method has several stages, namely: problem analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The web is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
