Abstract
Tempat praktek Drh.Whisnu Danirmala merupakan sebuah layanan kesehatan hewan peliharaan dan ternak. Tempat praktek Drh.Whisnu Danirmala masih menggunakan sisitem Appointment secara manual melalui whatsapp. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, penulis memberikan solusi dengan merancang User interface dan User Experience sistem Appointment dokter hewan yang mencipkan hasil akhir berupa Prototype high-fidelity. Sehingga adanya perancangan ini, dapat mempermudah dokter dan masyarakat yang akan melakukan proses Appointment. Proses perancangan ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang melibatkan proses Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype dan Test. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Test (SUS) dengan menggunakan usability Testing dengan task scenario dan system usability scale. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sus dengan skor 85 yang dimana masuk kedalam karakteristik tingkat acceptability tinggi, grade scale sama dengan A, dan adjective rating tergolong excellen
English Abstract
The veterinary practice of Drh. Whisnu Danirmala offers health services for pets and livestock. Currently, the practice uses a manual Appointment system via WhatsApp. To address this issue, the author proposes a solution by designing the User Interface and User Experience for a veterinary Appointment system, resulting in a high-fidelity Prototype. This design aims to facilitate the Appointment process for both the veterinarian and the public. The design process employs the Design Thinking method, which involves the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Testing is conducted using the System Usability Test (SUS) method, which includes usability Testing with task scenarios and the system usability scale. Based on the Tests conducted, the system achieved an average SUS score of 85, indicating a high level of acceptability, a grade scale equivalent to A, and an adjective rating of excellent.
