Abstract
Laporan ini membahas perancangan ulang UI dan UX website Rumah Sakit Islam Gunung Kidul menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Latar belakangnya adalah perkembangan teknologi dan tingginya penggunaan internet di Indonesia, menjadikan website sebagai platform penting dalam layanan kesehatan. Saat ini, website rumah sakit tersebut sederhana dan kurang informatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang desain antarmuka agar lebih user-friendly dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna berdasarkan hasil kuisioner dan wawancara dengan pasien. Metode Design Thinking dipilih karena fokusnya pada kebutuhan pengguna dan kemampuannya menghasilkan solusi kreatif. Prosesnya dimulai dengan tahap empathize melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner, diikuti define untuk mengelompokkan kebutuhan pengguna. Tahap ideate menghasilkan ide yang diwujudkan dalam prototype dan diuji menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan fungsionalitas dan kenyamanan website, memberikan pelayanan lebih baik kepada pasien, dan memperbaiki persepsi masyarakat terhadap rumah sakit.
English Abstract
This report discusses the redesign of the UI and UX of the Gunung Kidul Islamic Hospital website using the Design Thinking method. The background of this research is the technological development and the high internet usage in Indonesia, making websites an important platform in healthcare services. Currently, the hospital's website is simple and lacks information. This research aims to redesign the interface to be more userfriendly and meet user needs based on the results of questionnaires and interviews with patients. The Design Thinking method was chosen for its focus on user needs and its ability to generate creative solutions. The process begins with the empathize stage through observation and interviews, followed by the define stage to categorize user needs. The ideate stage generates ideas that are realized into prototypes and tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show improved functionality and usability of the website, providing better service to patients and improving public perception of the hospital
