Abstract
Risiko perilaku kekerasan (RPK) adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang melakukan tindakan yang dapat membahayakan baik secara fisik kepada diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Orang dengan RPK menunjukkan tanda dan gejala seperti mata melotot, gelisah, agresif, intonasi suara keras dan tinggi. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologi yang dapat diberikan pada responden tersebut adalah terapi musik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sdr.D dengan RPK yang bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan terapi musik dalam mengontrol tanda dan gejala marah yang dialami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan memberikan terapi musik klasik selama 3 hari berturut-turut dengan durasi 15 menit. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi tanda dan gejala marah. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat penurunan tanda dan gejala marah dari skor 11 (tingkat marah sedang) menjadi 3 (tingkat marah rendah) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi musik klasik mampu menurunkan tanda gejala marah pada Sdr.D dengan risiko perilaku kekerasan.
English Abstract
Risk of violent behavior is a condition when someone commits an action that can cause physical harm to themselves or others. People with violent behavior show signs and symptoms such as bulging eyes, restlessness, aggression, loud and high voice intonation. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be given to these respondents is music therapy. This research was conducted on Mr. D with the risk of violent behavior which aims to implement music therapy to control the signs and symptoms of anger. This research uses a case study method, providing classical music therapy for 3 consecutive days for 15 minutes. The instrument used in this research is an observation sheet of signs and symptoms of anger. The results of the study stated that there was a decrease in signs and symptoms of anger from a score of 11 (moderate level of anger) to 3 (low level of anger) so it can be concluded that classical music therapy was able to reduce signs of anger in Mr. D and the risk of violent behavior
