Abstract

Latar belakang: Bronkopneumonia, juga dikenal sebagai pneumonia lobular yang menyerang bronkus dan alveoli. Angka kematian anak akibat bronkopneumonia sebanyak 802.000 anak di seluruh dunia atau 39 anak per detikmenduduki perangkat kedua di dunia, angka ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan penyakit lain seperti diare sebanyak 437.000 anak dan malaria sebanyak 272.000 anak. Anak dengan penyakit saluran pernapasan kebanyakan menderita penyakit jantung bawaan dibawah usia 5 tahun. Penyakit jantung bawaan Asianotik seperti Defek Septum Ventrikel (DSV), Defek Septum Atrial (DSA), Defek Septum Atrium Ventrikel (DSAV) menjadi faktor predisposisi terjadinya bronkopneumonia pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada pasien pasien anak dengan bronkopneumonia disertai penyakit jantung bawaan asianotik. Metode: Menggunakan Case Study deskripsi yang mengangkat kasus satu pasien anak dengan Bronkopneumonia di Ruang Tondano RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Diagnosis keperawatan yang muncul Berdasarkan pendekatan 3S (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI): Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, gangguan pertukaran gas, defisit nutrisi, risiko infeksi. Intervensi dan Implementasi yang diberikan berupa manajemen jalan nafas, pemantauan respirasi, manajemen nutrisi, dan pencegahan infeksi Hasil: Analisis yang didapatkan kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian fisioterapi dada efektif mengeluarkan sekret yang tidak dapat dikeluarkan dan mempertahankan kebersihan jalan nafas pasiean pada pasien yang mengalami penumpukan secret. Evaluasi dapat disimpulkan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif teratasi sebagian, gangguan pertukaran gas belum teratasi, defisit nutrisi belum teratasi, risiko infeksi belum teratasi

English Abstract

Background: Bronchopneumonia, also known as lobular pneumonia which attacks the bronchi and alveoli. The child death rate due to bronchopneumonia is 802,000 children worldwide or 39 children per second, occupying the second place in the world, this figure is higher than other diseases such as diarrhea with 437,000 children and malaria with 272,000 children. Children with respiratory tract diseases mostly suffer from congenital heart disease under the age of 5 years. Asianotic congenital heart diseases such as Ventricular Septal Defect (DSV), Atrial Septal Defect (DSA), Ventricular Atrial Septal Defect (DSAV) are predisposing factors for bronchopneumonia in children. The aim of this study was to analyze nursing care for pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia accompanied by acyanotic congenital heart disease. Method: Using a case study description that highlights the case of one child patient with bronchopneumonia in the Tondano room at RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Nursing diagnoses that arise based on the 3S approach (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI): Ineffective airway clearance, impaired gas exchange, nutritional deficit, risk of infection. The interventions and implementation provided include airway management, respiration monitoring, nutritional management, and infection prevention Results: The analysis obtained in this case shows that chest physiotherapy is effective in removing secretions that cannot be expelled and maintaining the cleanliness of the patient's airway in patients who experience a buildup of mucus secretions. Evaluation can conclude that ineffective airway clearance has been partially resolved, gas exchange disorders have not been resolved, nutritional deficits have not been resolved, the risk of infection has not been resolved.
