Abstract

Remaja dengan adopsi memiliki kemungkinan mengalami risiko menilai dirinya tidak pantas berada di dalam keluarga tersebut. Rasa kehilangan terkait adopsi mungkin tidak jelas dan sulit dipahami, terutama bagi anak angkat dan orang tua. Komsep diri terkait adopsi dapat digambarkan dengan perasaan tertekan dan kebingungan tentang orang-orang yang seharusnya tidak ada namun hadir secara psikologis, sehingga perasaan tersebut dapat memicu beberapa diagnosa keperawatan seperti harga diri rendah, ansietas, dan koping tidak efektif. Jika permasalahan tersebut tidak diatasi dengan tepat, maka akan berdampak pada remaja mengalami depresi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan pada remaja dengan masalah keperawatan harga diri rendah. Metodologi penulisan menggunakan metode case study. Partisipannya adalah klien berusia 16 tahun. Intervensi diberikan empat kali dalam satu minggu saat home visit. Terdapat perubahan kemampuan beradaptasi ditandai dengan mengakui sudah menerima kondisinya, mampu beradaptasi,mampu memilih dan mengembangkan aspek positif yang dimiliki, serta mampu melakukan hak dan kewajiban sebagai anak, tampak sedih menurun, keluarga mengakui anaknya sudah mampu bercerita dan terbuka pada keluarga, keluarga mengakui hubungan dengan anaknya terjaga baik dan lebih memperhatikan anaknya, dan keluarga mampu menciptakan suasana yang mendukung untuk anaknya. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan jiwa pada klien dengan harga diri rendah dapat teratasi dengan efektif. Hasil karya ilmiah ini dapat dijadikan masukkan untuk puskesmas terkait pemantauan skrining perkembangan remaja dan melatih keluarga untuk membangun kasih sayang pada anak.

English Abstract

Adopted adolescents are likely to experience the risk of judging themselves as unworthy of being in the family. The sense of loss related to adoption may be unclear and difficult to understand, especially for adopted children and parents. Self-concept related to adoption can be described as feelings of depression and confusion about people who should not be there but are psychologically present, so that these feelings can trigger several nursing diagnoses such as low self-esteem, anxiety, and ineffective coping. If these problems are not addressed properly, they will have an impact on adolescents experiencing depression. The purpose of this study was to determine nursing care for adolescents with low self-esteem nursing problems. The writing methodology uses the case study method. The participants were 16-year-old clients. Interventions were given four times a week during home visits. There were changes in adaptability marked by admitting that they had accepted their condition, being able to adapt, being able to choose and develop positive aspects that they had, and being able to carry out their rights and obligations as a child, appearing sad decreased, the family acknowledged that their child was able to tell stories and be open to the family, the family acknowledged that the relationship with their child was well maintained and paid more attention to their child, and the family was able to create a supportive atmosphere for their child. Thus it is concluded that psychiatric nursing care for clients with low self-esteem can be overcome effectively. The results of this scientific work can be used as input for health centers related to monitoring adolescent development screening and training families to build affection for children.
