Abstract
Pramubakti adalah tenaga kerja yang membantu tugas-tugas nonkeperawatan di ruang Bunaken. Pramubakti memiliki berbagai macam tugas penting yang menunjang pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan di Ruang Bunaken RSSA menunjukkan adanya keluhan dari tenaga pramubakti terkait dengan tugas yang diberikan. Pramubakti sering merasa keberatan dengan jobdesk yang mereka terima dan tidak jarang melimpahkan tugas tersebut kepada tenaga kerja lain. Selain itu di ruang Bunaken RSSA belum melakukan evaluasi terkait kepuasan kerja pegawainya termasuk pramubakti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis beban, kebutuhan tenaga, dan kepuasan kerja pramubakti di Ruang Bunaken RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan observatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi tindakan, telaah dokumen, serta pengisian kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja yang dimiliki pramubakti 78,57% digunakan untuk melakukan kegiatan produktif, sedangkan 21,43% waktu digunakan untuk kegiatan non-produktif. Berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan pramubakti menggunakan metode Workload Indicator Staffing Needs (WISN) didapatkan hasil tenaga pramubakti yang ideal di Ruang Bunaken RSSA adalah 3 orang. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja pramubakti berada pada kategori B (Baik) dengan indeks kepuasan sebesar 87,5. Disarankan untuk menambah jumlah pramubakti menjadi 3 orang sesuai perhitungan kebutuhan.
English Abstract
Support staff are workers who assist with non-nursing tasks in the Bunaken Ward. They perform various essential duties that support healthcare services. However, initial observations in the Bunaken Ward of RSSA revealed complaints from the support staff regarding the tasks assigned to them. They often feel burdened by their job descriptions and frequently delegate these tasks to other workers. Additionally, the Bunaken Ward of RSSA has not yet conducted an evaluation of job satisfaction among its employees, including the support staff. This study aims to analyze the workload, staffing needs, and job satisfaction of support staff in the Bunaken Ward of Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang. The research design is descriptive observational, utilizing interviews, action observation, document review, and questionnaire administration. The results indicate that over a 7-day period, 78.57% of the support staff's time was spent on productive activities, while 21.43% was used for non-productive activities. Based on the calculation of staffing needs using the Workload Indicator Staffing Needs (WISN) method, the ideal number of support staff in the Bunaken Ward of RSSA is 3 people. Job satisfaction among the support staff falls into category B (Good) with a satisfaction index of 87.5. It is recommended to increase the number of janitors to 3 people according to the calculated needs.
