Abstract
Latar belakang: Cedera kepala merupakan cedera mekanik yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mengenai kepala sehingga menimbulkan luka di kulit kepala, robeknya selaput otak, fraktur tulang tengkorak, rusaknya sebagian jaringan otak, hingga timbulnya gangguan neurologis. Cedera kepala ringan (CKR) merupakan salah satu kategori cedera kepala yang umum ditemui dan bila terjadi secara berulang dalam kurun waktu yang lama akan mengakibatkan defisit neurologis dan kognitif yang kumulatif. Tujuan: Menganalisis profil pasien dengan cedera kepala ringan di IGD RSUD Bangil Pasuruan Metode: Berupa mini research dengan metode deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik pasien CKR di IGD RSUD Bangil Pasuruan. Penelitian dilakukan selama satu minggu dengan periode 13-19 Mei 2024. Hasil: Total pasien CKR adalah 11 orang yang mayoritas diakibatkan oleh jatuh dan kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor. Setelah dilakukan perawatan berdasarkan standar 3S Indonesia (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI), kondisi pasien membaik. Diagnosis keperawatan paling banyak adalah nyeri akut dan resiko perdarahan. Intervensi paling banyak diberikan adalah triase dan manajemen nyeri. Sebanyak 7 orang melanjutkan perawatan dengan pindah ke rawat inap dan 4 orang melakukan rawat jalan. Tidak ada kasus CKR yang menyebabkan pasien meninggal
English Abstract
Background: A head injury is a mechanical injury that directly or indirectly affects the head, causing wounds on the scalp, tearing of the membranes of the brain, skull fractures, damage to some brain tissue, and even neurological disorders. Mild head injury (MHI) is one of the most common categories of head injury and if it occurs repeatedly over a long period of time it will result in cumulative neurological and cognitive deficits. Objective: Analyzing the profile of patients with mild head injuries in the emergency room at Bangil Pasuruan Regional Hospital Method: In the form of mini research with descriptive methods carried out to describe the characteristics of MHI patients in the emergency room at Bangil Pasuruan Regional Hospital. The research was conducted for one week from 13-19 May 2024. Results: The total number of MHI patients was 11 people, the majority of which were caused by falls and vehicle accidents. After treatment based on Indonesian 3S standards (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI), the patient's condition improved. The most common nursing diagnoses are acute pain and risk of bleeding. The most frequently administered interventions are triage and pain management. A total of 7 people continued treatment by moving to inpatient treatment and 4 people underwent outpatient treatment. There were no cases of MHI that caused the patient to die.
