Abstract
Paradigma sistem kerja telah berubah signifikan dengan berkembangnya hybrid working akibat manfaat yang dirasakan saat diterapkan pada masa pandemi Covid-19, salah satunya pada perusahaan rintisan atau startup. Sistem ini menawarkan fleksibilitas dan adaptasi penting dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh hybrid working terhadap produktivitas kerja dan work life balance sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan startup di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Data responden diolah dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hybrid working berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, hybrid working berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work life balance, work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Selanjutnya, work life balance mempunyai peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara hybrid working terhadap produktivitas kerja.
English Abstract
The work system paradigm has significantly changed with the development of hybrid working due to its perceived benefits during the Covid-19 pandemic, particularly in startup companies. This system offers essential flexibility and adaptation in a dynamic work environment. This research aims to explain the impact of hybrid working on work productivity with work life balance as an intervening variable among startup employees in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The respondents data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4 application. The findings of this study indicate that hybrid working has a significant impact on work productivity, hybrid working has a significant impact on work life balance, and work life balance has a significant impact on work productivity. Furthermore, work life balance has a significant mediating role in the relationship between hybrid working and work productivity.
