Abstract
Pelayanan keperawatan merupakan salah satu aspek pelayanan utama dan juga pelayanan yang paling banyak diterima oleh pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah faktor psikologis. Faktor psikologis memiliki pengaruh yang tidak disadari awalnya, ditambah dengan adanya tugas yang tidak sedikit dapat menyebabkan burnout yang berdampak pada penurunan performa dalam bekerja dan kualitas pelayanan. Jenis penulisan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan mengidentifikasi hubungan burnout dengan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap. Responden penulisan ini terdiri dari 75 perawat yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Lavalette. Instrumen penulisan yang digunakan adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory dan Nurse Performance Instruent (NPI) yang telah diterjemahkan dan dimodifikasi. Uji hubungan kedua variabel menggunakan Rank Spearman dengan P-value 0,05. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan kejadian burnout sebanyak 14 orang (48,7%) dan kinerja dalam kategori cukup sebanyak 57 orang (76%) terdapat hubungan antara burnout dan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Lavalette Malang dengan hubungan moderat dan arah koefisien negatif yang bermakna apabila burnout tinggi maka kinerja yang dihasilkan perawat semakin rendah. Penulisan ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi kejadian burnout, semakin menurun pula kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh perawat. Berdasarkan hasil penulisan dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara burnout dengan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Lavalette Malang. Diharapkan institusi lebih memperhatikan tanda-tanda munculnya burnout, sehingga dapat dilakukan pencegahan jika diperlukan.
English Abstract
Nursing services are one of the main service aspects and also the services most frequently received by inpatients in hospitals. Nurse performance is influenced by several factors, one of which is psychological factors. Psychological factors have an influence that is not realized at first, coupled with the presence of tasks that can cause quite a lot burnout which has an impact on decreasing work performance and service quality. The type of research used in this research is a correlation analytical method with a cross sectional approach by identifying relationships burnout with the performance of nurses in the inpatient room. The respondents for this study consisted of 75 nurses who worked in the Lavalette Hospital inpatient room. The research instrument used is Maslach Burnout Inventory and Nurse Performance Instruent (NPI) which has been translated and modified. Test the relationship between the two variables using Spearman's Rank P-value 0,05. The research results show the incident burnout as many as 14 people (48.7%) and performance in the sufficient category as many as 57 people (76%) there is a relationship between burnout and the performance of nurses in the inpatient room at Lavalette Hospital Malang with a moderate relationship and a significant negative coefficient direction if burnout high, the performance produced by nurses will be lower. This research shows that the higher the incidence of burnout, the lower the performance produced by nurses. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between burnout with the performance of nurses in the inpatient room at Lavalette Hospital, Malang. It is hoped that institutions will pay more attention to the signs of burnout, so that prevention can be taken if necessary
