Abstract
PT Inventara Tekniktama perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Power System Engineering and Consulting. yang salah satu perusahaan yang berhadapan langsung kepada stakeholder, memiliki pengelolaan padat karya dengan jumlah karyawan yang cukup tinggi. Hal ini berpotensi membuat pemahaman tentang sistem manajemen mutu akan berbeda di tiap lininya. Hasil penilaian kinerja belum secara optimal ditindaklanjuti oleh manajemen. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat karena masih terdapat kekecewaan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan administrasi dan keuangan, masih terdapat beberapa karyawan yang belum pernah diikutsertakan dalam pelatihan di bidang yang dilakukannya, sehingga kompentesi karyawan masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Demikian juga halnya dengan fasilitas,sarana kerja dan dukungan organisasi sebagai infrastruktur pendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan pekerjaan juga masih perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap Individual Innovation Capability pada karyawan di PT. Inventra Tekniktama; Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan di PT. Inventra Tekniktama; Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Individual Innovation Capability terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan di PT. Inventra Tekniktama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Individual Innovation Capability, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 (p-value < 0.05). Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai pvalue 0.000 (p-value < 0.05). Individual Innovation Capability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai p-value 0.011 (p-value < 0.05). Individual Innovation Capability mampu memediasi pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.020 (p-value < 0.05)
English Abstract
PT Inventara Tekniktama is a company engaged in the field of Power System Engineering and Consulting. which is one of the companies that deals directly with stakeholders, has labor-intensive management with a fairly high number of employees. This has the potential to make the understanding of the quality management system different in each line. The results of the performance appraisal have not been optimally followed up by management. This can be seen because there is still customer disappointment with administrative and financial services, there are still some employees who have never been involved in training in the field they are doing, so employee competence still needs to be improved. Likewise, the facilities, work facilities and organizational support as supporting infrastructure for the smooth implementation of work also still need to be improved. Research Objectives To determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on Individual Innovation Capability of employees at PT. Inventra Tekniktama; To determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on employee performance at PT. Inventra Tekniktama; To determine the effect of Individual Innovation Capability on employee performance at PT. Inventra Tekniktama. The results of the study show that Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on Individual Innovation Capability, this can be seen from the p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). Individual Innovation Capability has a significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.011 (p-value <0.05). Individual Innovation Capability is able to mediate the effect of Knowledge Sharing on employee performance with a p-value of 0.020 (p-value <0.05).
