Abstract
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai kerja sama antar aktor dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik menjadi Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang dilakukan oleh Pokdarwis Setopuro, NGO Get Plastic Foundation, Tim PKM Universitas PGRIMadiun, anggota Koperasi MulyoRaharjo Lestari (MURAL), dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Gunungsari. Permasalahan sampah plastik menjadi permasalahan yang cukup serius. Di Desa Gunungsari masyarakat masih membuang sampah sembarangan atau membakar sampah. Akan tetapi, dengan adanya Pokdarwis Setopuro ini dan keterlibatan aktor lain yaitu NGO Get Plastic Foundation masyarakat Desa Gunungsari mulai memahami akan pengelolaan sampah khususnya sampah plastik. Pokdarwis Setopuro ini mengembangkan wisata diDesa Gunungsari dengan memperhatikan kelesatarian lingkungan. Salah satunya adalah menggunakan daun untuk membungkus makanan. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sebagai unit analisis, penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif dari teori collaborative governance oleh Ansell, C., & Gash, A.. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aktor yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik tidak hanya pemerintah saja melainkan juga terdapat Pokdarwis Setopuro, NGO Get Plastic Foundation, Tim PKM Universitas PGRI Madiun, anggota Koperasi Mulyo Raharjo Lestari (MURAL), ibu rumah tangga di Desa Gunungsari, dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Madiun. Para aktor saling bekerja sama didasarkan atas kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh aktor. Interaksi menjadi kunci utama dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik menjadi Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dengan menggunakan mesin pirolisis.
English Abstract
This research aims to explain actor collaboration in managing plastic waste into fuel oil (BBM) carried out by Pokdarwis Setopuro, NGO Get Plastic Foundation, PKM Team at Universitas PGRI Madiun, members of the Mulyo Raharjo Lestari Cooperative (MURAL), and housewives. stairs in Gunungsari Village. The problem of plastic waste is quite a serious problem. In Gunungsari Village, people still throw rubbish carelessly or burn rubbish. However, with the existence of Pokdarwis Setopuro and the involvement of other actors, namely the NGO Get Plastic Foundation, the people of Gunungsari Village are starting to understand waste management, especially plastic waste. Pokdarwis Setopuro develops tourism in Gunungsari Village by paying attention to environmental sustainability. One way is to use leaves to wrap food. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. As a unit of analysis, this research uses a perspective from the Collaborative Governance theory by Ansell, C., & Gash, A.. The results of this research are that the actors involved in plastic waste management are not only the government but also Pokdarwis Setopuro, the NGO Get Plastic Foundation , Madiun PGRI University PKM Team, members of the Mulyo Raharjo Lestari Cooperative (MURAL), housewives in Gunungsari Village, and the Madiun Regency Environmental Service. The actors work together based on the strengths possessed by the actors. Interaction is the main key in managing plastic waste into fuel oil (BBM) using a pyrolysis machine
