English Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of incorporating turmeric flour (Curcuma domestica Val.) and multi-enzymes on the productivity of Alabio ducks (Anas platyrhynchos Borneo). Focusing on daily egg production, average egg weight, and feed conversion ratio. The study was conducted at Ngampel Village, Mojoroto District, Kediri City. Turmeric flour, rich in curcumin, along with multi-enzymes including xylanase, amylase, mannanase, protease, and cellulase, were used to enhance digestion and egg production performance. The material used in the study were 54 Alabio ducks, consisting of 45 females and 9 males, divided into 3 treatments with 3 replications with each replication containing 6 ducks with the age of 4.5 – 6 months. The treatments consisted of a basal feed + drinking water (P0), basal feed + 2% turmeric flour and multi-enzymes in drinking water (P1), and basal feed + 4% turmeric flour and multi-enzymes in drinking water (P2). The data were analyzed a Complete Random Design (CRD) and data obtained were statistical analyzed using Analyzed of Variance (ANOVA), If significant difference result are obtained then it will be followed by Duncan’s Multiple Distance Test. The results of the analysis of daily egg production P0 (51,92 ± 3,13), P1 (50,19 ±1,72), and P2 (46,70 ± 3,86). The average egg weight P0 (54,15 ± 2,44), P1 (56,23 ± 0,52), P2 (59,62 ± 1,45). Feed conversion ration P0 (4,91 ± 0,30), P1 (4,67 ± 0,13), dan P2 (4,62 ± 0,26). The conclusion showed that the combination of turmeric flour and multienzymes percentage 4% in drinking water positively increase in the productivity in terms of average egg weight of alabio duckS.
