Abstract
Post partum atau yang dikenal dengan masa nifas adalah masa yang dilalui oleh setiap perempuan setelah melahirkan, dimulai setelah kelahiran bayi dan plasenta dan berakhir sampai dengan 6 minggu (42 hari) setelah melahirkan yang ditandai dengan berhentinya perdarahan. Laserasi perineum jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat dapat menyebabkan infeksi pada perineum dan memperlambat penyembuhan luka hingga menyebabkan infeksi pada jalan lahir dan saluran kemih. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah melakukan analisis asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum dengan laserasi perineum Masalah yang muncul pada ibu post partum dengan laserasi diantaranya nyeri akut, ketidaknyaman perineum, risiko infeksi, ganggua pola tidur, dan menyusui efektif. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang dilakukan yaitu terapi ice pack, pendidikan kesehatan terkait perawatan perineum, dan vulva hygine. Berdasarkan hasil intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan keluhan utama nyeri mengalami penurunan, tampak mandiri melakukan perawatan perineum dan vulva hygin.
English Abstract
Post partum or what is known as the postpartum period is the period that every woman goes through after giving birth, starting after the birth of the baby and placenta and ending up to 6 weeks (42 days) after giving birth, which is marked by the cessation of bleeding. If not treated properly, perineal laceration can cause infection in the perineum and slow wound healing, causing infections in the birth canal and urinary tract. The aim of the research is to conduct an analysis of pregnancy maintenance in post-partum mothers with perineal lacerations. Problems that arise in post-partum mothers with lacerations include acute pain, perineal discomfort, risk of infection, disturbed sleep patterns, and effective breastfeeding. One of the surgical interventions carried out is ice pack therapy, health education related to perineal care, and vulva hygiene. Based on the results of the assistance intervention given, the main complaint of pain has decreased, it appears that they are independently carrying out perineum and vulva hygiene care.
