Abstract

Dampak dari berkembangnya pembangunan membuat para petani semakin kehilangan kesempatannya untuk mengembangkan produktivitasnya dibidang pertanian. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Pertanian di berbagai daerah banyak membahas masalah terkait pembentukan Kelompok Wanita Tani di setiap desa. Tujuan dari dibentuknya Kelompok Wanita Tani yaitu sebagai upaya pelibatan kaum perempuan secara langsung dalam usaha-usaha peningkatan hasil pertanian. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) adalah wadah yang memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam memajukan sektor pertanian. Kebun Bibit Desa merupakan suatu lahan, baik lahan kas desa ataupun milik warga masyarakat yang tidak berada jauh dari pemukiman untuk digunakan sebagai usaha tani. Untuk melihat sejauh mana partisipasi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekar Arum dalam melakukan kegiatan Kebun Bibit Desa yang dikaitkan dengan efektivitas kelompok, penulis melakukan penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Mendeskripsikan tingkat partisipasi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam pengelolaan Kebun Bibit Desa, (2) Menganalisis efektivitas Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam pengelolaan Kebun Bibit Desa, (3) Menganalisis hubungan partisipasi perempuan terhadap efektivitas Kelompok Wanita Tani Jenis penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Research (penelitian penjelasan) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive di Desa Kepuhrejo Kecamatan Ngantru Kabupaten Tulungagung pada Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekar Arum dengan waktu penelitian bulan September 2023 hingga Juni 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tingkat partisipasi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekar Arum pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengambilan manfaat, monitoring dan evaluasi termasuk dalam kategori sedang, 2) tingkat efektivitas Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekar Arum dilihat pada indikator produktivitas kelompok, kepuasan, anggota, dan semangat anggota yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang, 3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara partisipasi anggota dengan efektivitas Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam pengelolaan Kebun Bibit Desa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.925 dengan r tabelnya 0,361 dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 0,05. Nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel sehingga terdapat korelasi yang signifikan dan koefisien korelasi benilai positif, maka dapat diartikan apabila tingkat partisipasi perempuan khususnya anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani tinggi maka tingkat efektivitas kelompok juga akan ikut tinggi.

English Abstract

The impact of development makes farmers increasingly lose their opportunities to develop their productivity in the agricultural sector. Therefore, the Agriculture Office in various regions discussed many issues related to the formation of Farmer Women Groups in each village. The purpose of the formation of the Farmer Women Group is as an effort to directly involve women in efforts to increase agricultural yields. The Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a forum that provides opportunities for women to participate in advancing the agricultural sector. The Village Nursery is a piece of land, either village treasury land or belonging to community members who are not far from settlements to be used as farming. To see the extent of the participation of members of the Sekar Arum Farmer Women Group in carrying out Village Nursery activities associated with the effectiveness of the group, the author conducted this study. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the level of participation of members of the Women Farmer Group in the management of the Village Nursery, (2) To analyze the effectiveness of the Farmer Women Group in the management of the Village Nursery, (3) To analyze the relationship between women's participation and the effectiveness of the Farmer Women Group. This type of research is Explanatory Research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. The location determination was carried out purposively in Kepuhrejo Village, Ngantru District, Tulungagung Regency in the Sekar Arum Farmer Women Group with a research period from September 2023 to June 2024. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that: 1) The level of participation of members of the Sekar Arum Farmer Women Group at the stage of planning, implementation, utilization, monitoring and evaluation was included in the medium category, 2) the level of effectiveness of the Sekar Arum Farmer Women Group was seen in the indicators of group productivity, satisfaction, members, and member enthusiasm which were included in the medium category, 3) There was a significant positive relationship between member participation and effectiveness Women Farmer Group in the management of the Village Nursery. This is shown by a correlation coefficient value of 0.925 with an r table of 0.361 with a confidence level of 0.05. The value of r calculation is greater than the r of the table so that there is a significant correlation and the correlation coefficient is positive, so it can be interpreted that if the level of participation of women, especially members of the Women Farmers Group, is high, the level of group effectiveness will also be high.
