Abstract
Sevencols merupakan bentuk usaha industri garmen dari CV. DAMAI JAYA yang bergerak di bidang konveksi. Proses bisnis utama dalam Sevencols merupakan proses produksi yang mengubah bahan mentah menjadi produk pakaian. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Sevencols seperti penerapan SOP kerja yang belum maksimal, adanya efisiensi sumber daya manusia, serta kurangnya standarisasi dalam proses penjahitan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur serta mengetahui tingkat maturitas proses bisnis pada Sevencols. Penelitian dimulai dengan memetakan aktivitas utama dalam proses produksi serta aktor yang terlibat menggunakan RACI Matrix dan dimodelkan dengan Bizagi Modeler. Tahap selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran maturitas proses bisnis menggunakan Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPO-MM). Setelah diketahui tingkat maturitasnya, nilai pengukuran maturitas yang masih berada dalam kategori sangat kurang sampai cukup dicari akar permasalahannya menggunakan Root Cause Analysis. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil pengukuran maturitas proses bisnis Sevencols masuk dalam kategori Linked dan setelah dilakukan Root Cause Analysis ditemukan beberapa akar permasalahan pada tiap kategori akar permasalahan pada Fishbone Diagram seperti alur kerja yang masih bersifat konvensional, banyaknya pesanan yang harus dikerjakan, kurangnya kesadaran antar individu, tidak adanya divisi yang berperan dalam mengukur kinerja proses dan adanya ketidakseimbangan antara sumber daya perusahaan dengan banyaknya variasi pesanan.
English Abstract
Sevencols is a form of garment industry business from CV. DAMAI JAYA which is engaged in convection. As a clothing convection company, the main business process in the company is the production process that converts raw materials into clothing products. However, in its implementation, there are problems faced by the sevencols convection business such as the application of work SOPs that have not been maximized, the efficiency of human resources that makes some workers work on 2 processes at once, and the lack of standardization in the sewing process so that the results of the product are not as expected. Based on these problems, this research was conducted to measure and determine the level of maturity of business processes at the Sevencols convection company. The research begins by mapping the main activities in the production process and the actors involved using the RACI Matrix then all business process activities are described using BPMN with Bizagi Modeler. The next research stage is measuring the maturity of business processes using the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPO-MM) to determine the maturity level of the Sevencols company's business processes. After knowing the maturity level, the maturity measurement value which is still in the very poor to sufficient category is sought for the root of the problem using Root Cause Analysis. In this study, the results of measuring the maturity of the Sevencols convection company's business processes are in the Linked category and after Root Cause Analysis, several root causes were found in each root cause category on the Fishbone Diagram such as workflows that are still conventional, the number of orders that must be done, the lack of awareness between individuals, the absence of a division that plays a role in measuring process performance and the imbalance between company resources and the large variety of orders.
