Abstract
Dalam dunia manajemen band, desain User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) dalam sistem informasi seringkali menghadapi tantangan yang memerlukan penanganan khusus. Salah satu masalah umum yang muncul adalah kebutuhan akan antarmuka yang intuitif dan optimal. Dalam sistem informasi manajemen band, band Limbo menghadapi beberapa tantangan unik, seperti kompleksitas jadwal tur, manajemen tugas, dan navigasi atau tata letak yang kurang terorganisir. Selain itu, keselarasan antarmuka pun menjadi kunci anggota band Limbo untuk beradaptasi dan berkontrubusi dalam hal manajemen dengan mudah. Perancangan desain sistem informasi manajemen band Limbo dibuat dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) yang dapat membantu pengguna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan terkait sistem informasi manajemen band Limbo. Perancangan UI/UX sistem informasi manajemen band Limbo ini dilakukan untuk menciptakan sistem informasi yang solutif dalam mengelola manajemen band. Data didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dan kuisoner kepada responden, yaitu anggota band Limbo serta dilakukan user testing kepada responden. Serta didapati hasil kuisioner System Usability Scale (SUS) prototype sistem informasi manajemen band Limbo dengan hasil skor 83,1% yang artinya excellent. Diharapan dengan adanya perancangan ini bisa menghasilkan desain yang intuitif bagi pengguna dan menyelesaikan permasalahan.
English Abstract
In the world of band management, the design of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) in information systems often faces challenges that require special attention. One common issue that arises is the need for an intuitive and optimal interface. In the band management information system, the band Limbo encounters several unique challenges, such as the complexity of tour schedules, task management, and disorganized navigation or layout. Additionally, interface alignment is crucial for the members of the band Limbo to easily adapt and contribute to management tasks. The design of the band Limbo management information system was created using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which helps users meet the needs related to the Limbo band management information system. The UI/UX design of the Limbo band management information system was carried out to create a solution-oriented information system for managing the band. Data was obtained from interviews and questionnaires with respondents, who were members of the band Limbo, and user testing was conducted with these respondents. The System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire for the band Limbo management information system prototype resulted in a score of 83.1%, which means excellent. It is hoped that this design will produce an intuitive user interface for users and solve the existing problems
