Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam melakukan pemesanan lapangan olahraga semakin meningkat seiring dengan berjalannya waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk pemesanan lapangan di GOR Poeloeng, Kabupaten Malang, dengan menerapkan metode Human Centered Design (HCD). Metode HCD dipilih untuk memastikan aplikasi yang dikembangkan memenuhi kebutuhan dan ekspektasi pengguna. Proses perancangan dimulai dengan tahap observasi dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil analisis digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pembuatan Wireframe dan prototipe. Prototipe yang dihasilkan diuji melalui system usability scale untuk menilai kenyamanan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode HCD secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas desain UI/UX aplikasi pemesanan lapangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode HCD efektif dalam menciptakan desain aplikasi yang user-friendly dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

English Abstract

The use of digital technology in booking sports fields is increasing over time. This research aims to design and develop a web-based application for field booking at GOR Poeloeng, Malang District, by applying the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. The HCD method was chosen to ensure that the developed application meets the needs and expectations of users. The design process begins with the observation and interview stage to identify user needs. The results of the analysis were used as the basis for creating Wireframes and prototypes. The resulting prototype was tested through a system usability scale to assess user comfort, ease of use, and satisfaction. The results showed that the application of the HCD method significantly improved the UI/UX design quality of the field booking application. The conclusion of this research is that the HCD method is effective in creating an application design that is user-friendly and in accordance with user needs.
