Abstract

PLUT K-UMKM (Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu Koperasi dan UMKM) Kota Batu merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang ada di Kota Batu, yang memilih menggunakan website sebagai media informasinya kepada masyarakat. Akan tetapi isi website plutkumkm-kotabatu.com masih memiliki beberapa kekurang, permasalahan yang ada di antaranya adalah data-data belum banyak yang masuk dari publikasi yang telah ada (belum update), artikel yang kurang bervariasi, dan struktur penulisan artikel yang belum benar. Maka hal tersebut berdampak pada jumlah pengunjung yang mengalami stagnasi di setiap bulannya. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini guna mengoptimalkan pelayanan data pada website PLUT K-UMKM Kota Batu. Metode penulisan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Narasumber dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini meliputi Administrasi (Tim Publikasi) dan Kepala Pengelola PLUT K-UMKM Kota Batu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan optimalisasi terbagi dalam 3 (tiga) tahapan, yaitu pra-produksi, proses produksi, dan pasca produksi. Hasil pelaksanaan optimalisasi pelayanan data pada website PLUT KUMKM Kota Batu yang dilaksanakan pada Tanggal 1-27 April 2024 mengalami peningkatan yang yang signifikan. Jumlah pengunjung website plutkumkm-kotabatu.com yang awalnya 5-45 pengunjung pada tiap bulannya (Bulan Oktober 2023-Maret 2024) menjadi 124 pengunjung setelah pelaksanaan optimalisasi. Oleh sebab itu, pada bagian administrasi (Tim Publikasi) harus mengadakan pelatihan tentang pembuatan artikel, sehingga mengetahui tahapan pembuatan artikel yang benar dan mampu membuat artikel lebih maksimal lagi.

English Abstract

PLUT K-UMKM (Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu Koperasi & UMKM) Batu City is one of the government agencies in Batu City, which chooses to use websites as a medium for information to the public. However, the content of the plutkumkm-kotabatu.com website still has several shortcomings, the problems include not much data coming in from existing publications (not yet updated), articles that are not varied enough, and the structure of article writing is not correct. So this has an impact on the number of visitors which stagnates every month. The aim of writing this final assignment is to optimize data services on the Batu City PLUT KUMKM website. The method for writing this final assignment uses descriptive qualitative. Resource persons in writing this Final Assignment include the Administration (Publication Team) and the Head of Management of PLUT K-UMKM Batu City. Implementation of optimization activities is divided into 3 (three) stages, namely pre-production, production process, and post-production. The results of the implementation of optimizing data services on the Batu City PLUT K-UMKM website which was carried out on April 1- 27 2024 experienced a significant increase. The number of visitors to the plutkumkm-kotabatu.com website, which was initially 5-45 visitors per month (October 2023-March 2024) became 124 visitors after the optimization was implemented. Therefore, the administration section (Publication Team) must hold training on article creation, so that they know the correct stages of article creation and are able to create even more optimal articles.
