Abstract

Kurikulum terpadu adalah dua atau lebih kurikulum yang dipadukan atau disatukan dan ditetapkan di sekolah guna memberikan pengalaman secara utuh kepada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan, mengetahui, dan menganalisis meliputi: 1) Implementasi kurikulum terpadu berbasis pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Fikri, 2) Kunci sukses dan faktor penghambat implementasi kurikulum terpadu berbasis pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Darul Fikri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di lapangan. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis meliputi proses yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Untuk mencapai mutu pendidikan madrasah di era yang semakin berkembang, MTs dan MA Darul Fikri Ponorogo menerapkan model kurikulum terpadu antara kurikulum Kementerian Agama dan kurikulum Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI). Dalam pengimplementasiannya lembaga ini fokus pada tiga tahapan fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan kurikulum KMI, pelaksanaan kurikulum KMI dan evaluasi kurikulum KMI. Tujuan implementasi kurikulum terpadu di MTs dan MA Darul Fikri disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi Pondok Pesantren Darul Fikri. 2) Kunci sukses implementasi kurikulum terpadu dipengaruhi oleh 7 faktor yaitu: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kreativitas guru, aktivitas peserta didik, sosialisasi kurikulum, fasilitas dan sumber belajar, kondisi lingkungan yang kondusif, serta partisipasi warga sekolah. Dalam implementasi kurikulum terpadu ditemukan faktor penghambatnya yakni keterbatasan SDM dalam bidang kurikulum, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta keterbatasan anggaran pendidikan.

English Abstract

The integrated curriculum is a combination of two or more curricula that are unified and established in schools to provide a comprehensive experience to students. The aim of this research is to describe, understand, and analyze: 1) The implementation of an integrated curriculum based on the Islamic boarding school in improving the quality of education at Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School, 2) The key success factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the integrated curriculum based on the Islamic boarding school in enhancing the quality of education at Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation in the field. The data analysis used includes processes such as data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) To achieve the quality of madrasah education in an increasingly developing era, MTs and MA Darul Fikri Ponorogo implement an integrated curriculum model between the Ministry of Religious Affairs curriculum and the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) curriculum. In its implementation, the institution focuses on three stages of management functions: planning the KMI curriculum, implementing the KMI curriculum, and evaluating the KMI curriculum. The goal of implementing the integrated curriculum at MTs and MA Darul Fikri is adjusted to the vision and mission of the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School. 2) The key to the successful implementation of the integrated curriculum is influenced by seven factors: the leadership of the school principal, teacher creativity, student activities, curriculum socialization, facilities and learning resources, a conducive environment, and the participation of school residents. In implementing the inhibing factors were found, include limited human resources in the field of curriculum, limited educational facilities and infrastructure, and limited educational budget.
