Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tahapan prosedur evaluasi serta faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat pada tahapan prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan Computer Based Test (CBT) di SMA Brawijaya Smart School Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian berdasarkan teori Arifin (2016) mengenai prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran. Sumber data penelitian ini melibatkan Tenaga ahli IT, Wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, tenaga pendidik serta dokumen pendukung dari sekolah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, SMA Brawijaya Smart School Kota Malang melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan 6 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring pelaksanaan, pengolahan data, pelaporan hasil, dan penggunaan hasil evaluasi. Dalam pelaksanaan pembuatan soal ujian memerlukan validasi dari pihak kurikulum dan kepala sekolah. Semua tahapan prosedur menggunakan metode berbasis komputer dan meminimalisir penggunaan kertas dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran. Adapun faktor pendorong dan penghambat pada tahapan prosedur evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan Computer Based Test (CBT) di SMA Brawijaya Smart School Kota Malang. Faktor pendorong meliputi penyiapan infrastruktur yang memadai, pelatihan komprehensif bagi tenaga pendidik, serta dukungan dari pihak internal dan eksternal sekolah. Hal ini memperkuat kesiapan sekolah dalam menghadapi kendala pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Adapun faktor penghambat yang ditemukan meliputi pembagian tugas pengawas ujian yang kurang sesuai, terdapat keterlambatan respon dari pihak internal dan eksternal dalam upaya peningkatan aksesibilitas teknologi untuk keberlangsungan proses pendidikan.
English Abstract
This research aims to describe and analyze the stages of evaluation procedures as well as the driving and inhibiting factors at the stages of learning evaluation procedures using Computer Based Tests (CBT) at SMA Brawijaya Smart School, Malang. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research with a research focus based on Arifin's (2016) theory regarding learning evaluation procedures. The data sources for this research involve IT experts, deputy principals for curriculum, teaching staff and supporting documents from the school. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Based on the research results, SMA Brawijaya Smart School Malang carried out learning evaluation with 6 stages : planning, implementing, monitoring implementation, processing data, reporting results, and using evaluation results. The implementation of making exam questions requires validation from the curriculum and the school principal. All stages of the procedure use computer-based methods and minimize the use of paper in implementing learning evaluations. The encouraging and inhibiting factors at the stage of learning evaluation procedures using Computer Based Test (CBT) at SMA Brawijaya Smart School Malang. Supporting factors include the preparation of adequate infrastructure, comprehensive training for teaching staff, as well as support from internal and external parties at the school. This strengthens the school's readiness to face obstacles in implementing computerbased learning evaluation. The inhibiting factors found include the inappropriate division of exam supervisor duties, there is a delay in response from internal and external parties in efforts to increase technological accessibility for the continuity of the educational process.
