Abstract
Penelitian terkait suatu sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai aplikasi penopang potensi bisnis pariwisata adalah upaya maju yang kini telah dikembangkan dari kerja sama antara Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan (Disparbud) Kabupaten Trenggalek dan tim penulis dalam sebuah projek bernama Nakula Sadewa. Perancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi yang dilalui bersama dengan metode Waterfall bertujuan untuk membangun kembali traffic bisnis pariwisata yang menyeluruh namun dalam satu kesatuan sistem informasi. Fitur-fitur yang dikembangkan telah disesuaikan dengan user requirement atau kebutuhan pengguna yang didapatkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak Disparbud. Aplikasi Nakula Sadewa bermanfaat untuk banyak pihak diantaranya pihak pelaku usaha bisnis pariwisata, calon wisatawan, dan pihak Disparbud itu sendiri. Pihak Disparbud akan mendaftarkan tempattempat atraksi dan desa wisata beserta detail lokasi dan harga ke dalam katalog aplikasi Nakula Sadewa yang akan menjadi website resmi dari pemerintah daerah. Oleh karena itu, fitur-fitur dari website Nakula Sadewa akan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha dan juga calon wisatawan yang ingin berkunjung ke Kabupaten Trenggalek. Dengan hasil pengujian berdasarkan metode Black Box Testing, sistem informasi ini telah dirancang dan dibangun dengan benar sesuai permintaan pengguna. Setiap skenario uji coba mengindikasikan hasil yang valid dari semua keluaran yang diharapkan.
English Abstract
Research related to a web-based information system as a support application for tourism business potential is a progressive effort that has now been developed through a collaboration between the Tourism and Culture Office (Disparbud) of Trenggalek Regency and the authors' team in a project named Nakula Sadewa. The design and development of the information system, conducted together using the Waterfall methodology, aim to rebuild comprehensive tourism business traffic within a unified information system. The features developed have been tailored to user requirements obtained through observation and interviews with Disparbud. The Nakula Sadewa application benefits various parties, including tourism business operators, prospective tourists, and Disparbud itself. Disparbud will register attractions and tourist villages along with location details and prices into the Nakula Sadewa catalog, which will serve as the official website of the local government. Therefore, the features of the Nakula Sadewa website will be useful for business operators and prospective tourists who wish to visit Trenggalek Regency. Based on testing results using the Black Box Testing method, this information system has been designed and developed correctly according to user requests. Each test scenario indicates valid results for all expected outputs.
