Abstract
Geometri adalah cabang matematika yang mempelajari tentang bentuk, ukuran, posisi, dan dimensi benda dalam ruang. Keterampilan visual-spasial penting dalam memahami dan menyelesaikan masalah geometri. Namun, sebagian besar sekolah belum memiliki laboratorium matematika, menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, teknologi imersif seperti augmented reality (AR) dan virtual reality (VR) digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan riset and development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Media pembelajaran ini dinamakan Geomersif dan dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Kualitas media pembelajaran Geomersif dievaluasi berdasarkan kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Geomersif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam berbagai aspek, yaitu perasaan senang, keterlibatan, perhatian, dan ketertarikan. Validasi dari ahli media dan ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa Geomersif sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Skor rata-rata validasi adalah 91.11%. Kesimpulannya, Geomersif merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah
English Abstract
Geometry is a branch of mathematics that studies the shapes, sizes, positions, and dimensions of objects in space. Visual-spatial skills are important for understanding and solving geometry problems. However, most schools do not yet have math labs, making it difficult to provide handson experience for students. To address this, immersive technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) are being used. This research uses research and development (RnD) with the ADDIE development model. The developed learning media is called Geomersif and was developed using the ADDIE development model. The quality of the Geomersif learning media was evaluated based on the criteria of valid, practical, and effective. The results of the study show that Geomersif was proven to be effective in increasing students' interest in learning in various aspects, namely feelings of happiness, involvement, attention, and interest. Validation from media experts and material experts shows that Geomersif is very valid and feasible for use in mathematics learning. The average validation score was 91.11%. In conclusion, Geomersif is an effective and useful learning media to improve students' interest in learning mathematics in schools.
