Abstract

Penjualan paket data pada Toko Fandi Cell berbasis aplikasi mobile dirancang untuk menarik atensi pelanggan untuk menggunakan aplikasi mobile myFandiCell dan meningkatkan transaksi pembelian paket data pada aplikasi. Fitur yang beragam mulai dari pembelian paket data dan klaim bonus pengguna pada aplikasi. Dengan adanya fitur tersebut diharapkan pelanggan Toko Fandi Cell lebih untuk menggunakan aplikasi mobile myFandiCell untuk pembelian paket data. Dengan perancangan tampilan antarmuka atau user interface (UI) menggunakan metode User Centered Design atau UCD yang menjadikan pengguna sebagai pusat utama dalam perancangan tampilan aplikasi mobile penjualan paket data pada Toko Fandi Cell. Pengalaman yang diberikan langsung oleh pengguna akan menjadi suatu alur penggunaan atau user experience (UX) yang mencapai goals atau tujuan utama untuk memberikan kenyamanan dalam penggunaan aplikasi mobile myFandiCell. Perancangan UI/UX ini melibatkan pengguna dari pihak Toko Fandi Cell dan pelanggan mulai dari pendataan kebutuhan yang diperlukan, pembuatan user flow atau alur penggunaan fitur aplikasi bagi setiap user. Data didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak terkait atas perancangan aplikasi ini. Diharapkan tugas akhir ini dapat memberikan solusi lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menarik minat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi mobile myFandiCell kedepannya.

English Abstract

The mobile application for data SIM sales at Fandi Cell Store is designed to attract customer attention to use the myFandiCell mobile application and increase data package purchases on the application. Various features include data package purchases and user bonus claims on the application. With the presence of these features, it is hoped that Fandi Cell Store customers will use the myFandiCell mobile application more for data SIM purchases. The design of the user interface (UI) or user experience (UX) using the User Centered Design (UCD) method makes the user the main focus in the design of the mobile application for data SIM sales at Fandi Cell Store. The experience provided directly by the user will become a user flow or user experience (UX) that achieves the main goals or objectives to provide comfort in using the myFandiCell mobile application. This UI/UX design involves users from Fandi Cell Store and customers, starting from data collection on the needs required, creating user flows or usage flows of application features for each user. Data is obtained through interviews with related parties about the design of this application. It is hoped that this research can provide a more effective and efficient solution in attracting user interest in using the myFandiCell mobile application in the future.
