Abstract

Pada saat ini Aline Cake & Cookies masih menggunakan system yang kurang efektif dalam proses pengolahan data dan penjualan yang masih bersifat konvensional, seperti pada proses pencatatan laporan penjualan dengan buku yang terkadang menimbulkan masalah dalam kesalahan penulisan yang berakibat sering terjadi hasilnya tidak sama dengen produk yang terjual. Penulis menganggap ini sebagai pengelolaan data yang belum optimal dan system yang ada sudah tidak efisien lagi mengingat kecanggihan teknologi yang semakin berkembang pesat. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Pada tahap ini penulis menggunakan Prinsip UI/UX dengan memakai metode User Centred Design sebagai kerangka kerja dalam Menyusun atau menyelesaikan masalah dalam penelitian. Secara keseluruhan rancangan yang dilakukan penulis dapat menimalisirkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada system yang sedang berjalan

English Abstract

At this time, Aline Cake & Cookies still uses a system that is less effective in data processing and sales which is still conventional, such as in the process of recording sales reports with books which sometimes causes problems in writing errors which often result in results that are not the same as the products sold. The author considers this to be data management that is not yet optimal and the existing system is no longer efficient considering the rapidly grow ing sophistication of technology. This type of research is qualitative. At this stage the author uses UI/UX principles by using the User Centered Design method as a framework for composing or solving problems in research. Overall, the design carried out by the author can minimize problems that occur in the running system
