Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna yang optimal dan memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang nyaman untuk sebuah sistem promosi berbasis website pada pariwisata dan UMKM di Kabupaten Sumenep. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Human-Centered Design, penelitian ini melibatkan pengguna sebagai fokus utama sepanjang proses perancangan. Evaluasi efektivitas desain website dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale, di mana pengguna diminta untuk menilai berbagai aspek ketergunaan website. Melalui metode ini, peneliti dapat menilai sejauh mana desain website mendukung pengguna dalam mencapai tujuan mereka. Dengan demikian, System Usability Scale menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mengevaluasi ketergunaan dan fungsionalitas website promosi pariwisata dan UMKM di Kabupaten Sumenep.
English Abstract
This study aims to design an optimal user interface (UI) and ensure a comfortable user experience (UX) for a web-based promotional system for tourism and UMKM in Sumenep Regency. Using the Human-Centered Design method, the research involves users as the main focus throughout the design process. The effectiveness of the website design is evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, where users are asked to rate various aspects of the website's usability. Through this method, researchers can assess how well the website design supports users in achieving their goals. Thus, the System Usability Scale becomes an effective tool for evaluating the usability and functionality of the promotional website for tourism and MSMEs in Sumenep Regency.
