Abstract
Latar Belakang: Rinosinusitis kronis (RSK) merupakan penyakit heterogen yang ditandai dengan inflamasi pada mukosa di hidung dan sinus paranasalis yang dapat menimbulkan beban fisik, emosional, dan ekonomi secara signifikan pada penderita dan sistem kesehatan di berbagai negara. Implementasi terapi berdasarkan endotipe diharapkan dapat mengarahkan kepada manajemen penyakit yang lebih baik. English Abstract
Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a heterogenous disease that marked by inflammation on the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses that has significant impact on physics, emotional and the economy for the patients and many countries. Therapeutical implementation based on endotype hopefully can direct a better management of the disease. From few studies, attention was given to inflammation cell testing as biomarker on CRS
