Abstract
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hasil dari rancangan konten sosial media TikTok yang digunakan oleh Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan (Prokopim) dalam menyampaikan informasi melalui sosial media. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitan tugas akhir ini menunjukan perkembangan yang cukup baik dari akun TikTok Prokopim Ponorogo setelah melakukan tahap uji coba. sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat diantaranya Jumlah personil yang terbatas, formasi personil berubah-ubah dan tida memiliki kemampuan yang sama, dan terbatasnya kemampuan SDM personal, belum adanya SK mengenai kerjasama media digital milik instansi pemerintah yang ada di Kabupaten Ponorogo,
English Abstract
The purpose of task aims to identify the results of the TikTok social media content design used by the Leadership Protocol and Communication Section (Prokopim) in conveying information via social media. The research method used by the author in this final assignment is a qualitative method using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this final research project show quite good development of the Prokopim Ponorogo TikTok account after carrying out the trial phase. while the inhibiting factors include the limited number of personnel, personnel formations that change and do not have the same abilities, and limited personal human resource capabilities, the absence of a decree regarding collaboration with digital media owned by government agencies in Ponorogo Regency,
