Abstract
Tugas akhir ini meneliti bagaimana platform Beside Us dapat mengoptimalkan partisipasi volunteer pada event Play Music Festival 2023. Pendekatan studi kasus tunggal diterapkan pada CV. iMagine Promosindo, penyelenggara festival. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform Beside Us memberikan dampak positif dalam aspek rekrutmen, partisipasi, dan kontribusi volunteer. Platform Beside Us menawarkan beberapa fitur yang mendukung rekrutmen volunteer yang efektif, seperti pendaftaran online, sertifikat online, dan sistem leaderboard. Fitur-fitur ini membantu memudahkan proses pendaftaran, meningkatkan motivasi volunteer, dan mendorong partisipasi yang lebih aktif. Tingkat partisipasi volunteer pada festival tergolong tinggi, dengan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kelancaran event. Volunteer membantu dalam berbagai tugas, seperti logistik, pengaturan panggung, dan pelayanan kepada pengunjung. Dedikasi dan kerja keras mereka memastikan kelancaran acara dan memberikan pengalaman yang positif bagi para pengunjung. Kesimpulannya, platform Beside Us terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan partisipasi volunteer pada Play Music Festival 2023. Fitur-fitur platform ini mendukung rekrutmen yang efisien, meningkatkan motivasi volunteer, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif yang berkontribusi pada kesuksesan acara.
English Abstract
The final task is to explore how the Beside Us platform can optimize volunteer participation at the Play Music Festival 2023 event. A single case study approach applied to the CV. iMagine Promosindo, the festival organizer. Research results show that the Beside Us platform has a positive impact in the recruitment, participation, and volunteer contribution aspects. The Beside Us platform offers a number of features that support effective volunteer recruitment, such as online registration, online certificates, and a leaderboard system. These features help facilitate the registration process, increase the motivation of volunteers, and encourage more active participation. The level of volunteer participation at the festival is high, with a significant contribution to the smooth running of the event. Volunteers help in various tasks, such as logistics, stage arrangements, and visitor service. Their dedication and hard work ensures the smoothness of the event and provides a positive experience for the visitors. In conclusion, the Beside Us platform has proven to be effective in optimizing volunteer participation at the Play Music Festival 2023. The features of the platform support efficient recruitment, enhance the motivation of volunteers, and encourage active participation that contributes to the success of the event.
