Abstract
Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini, diusulkan sebuah rancangan Sistem Disposisi Persuratan Berbasis Website dengan studi kasus di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sistem ini dirancang dengan user-friendly dan memberikan fitur manajemen informasi yang dapat mengoptimalkan implementasi sistem disposisi persuratan. Aplikasi ini mencakup berbagai fitur seperti pengajuan nomor NODIN (Nota Perjala Dinas), NPD (Nota Pencairan Dana), dan pendataan media. Selain itu, aplikasi ini menampilkan data persuratan dan menyediakan fitur verifikasi bagi pengguna yang bertindak sebagai penata ahli tingkat satu. Salah satu keunggulan aplikasi ini adalah kemampuannya untuk secara otomatis menginformasikan kepada pengaju jika dana pagu telah habis, sehingga staf tidak dapat mengajukan pencairan. Penerapan teknologi digital pada portal ini memungkinkan pengelola operasi sistem informasi persuratan dan staf untuk mengajukan dan mengelola informasi persuratan secara menyeluruh. Untuk mempermudah pengajuan dan pembacaan informasi, aplikasi ini dibangun berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel. English Abstract
This final project proposes the design of a Web-Based Correspondence Disposition System, with a case study at the Secretariat of the East Java Provincial DPRD. The system is designed to be user-friendly and provides information management features that can optimize the implementation of correspondence disposition systems. The application includes various features such as submitting NODIN (Nota Perjalanan Dinas) numbers, NPD (Nota Pencairan Dana) numbers, and media data collection. Additionally, the application displays correspondence data and provides verification features for users acting as first-level expert administrators. One of the application's advantages is its ability to automatically inform the submitter if the budget funds have been exhausted, preventing further disbursement requests. The implementation of digital technology in this portal allows the correspondence information system managers and staff to comprehensively submit and manage correspondence information. To facilitate submission and information retrieval, the application is web-based, built using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The application testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure its performance in application usage.
