Abstract
Dengan berkembangnya teknologi sudah banyak perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem informasi pada usahanya. Namun juga masih ada beberapa perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem manual, salah satunya adalah Kedai Kopi Akut. Bisnis ini merupakan bisnis kecil yang berawal dari ketertarikan adik peneliti terhadap bisnis kopi. Dengan seiringnya waktu bisnis Kedai Kopi Akut mulai ramai pelanggan dan harus menambah karyawan serta stok bahan. Karena menggunakan perhitungan manual pada sistem stok mereka terkadang terjadi kesalahan perhitungan yang menyebabkan stok berlebih atau kurang. Dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan mengambil Rancang Bangun Sistem Manajemen Stok Kedai Kopi Akut Berbasis Web. Penelitian ini dikerjakan dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Waterfall. Tahapan dari metode tersebut adalah analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem, pengujian sistem, dan evaluasi sistem. Hasil dari web ini merupakan web sistem manajemen stok yang berisikan fitur manajemen stok, daftar penyetok, daftar stok, dan manajemen penyetok untuk mempermudah pemantauan jumlah stok.
English Abstract
Information systems have been widely used by enterprises as a result of technological advancements. Kedai Kopi Akut is one of the businesses that still employ manual processes, although there are others. Because the researcher's brother was interested in the coffee industry, this little firm was founded. The Kedai Kopi Akut company eventually needed to hire more staff and stock up on supplies due to the increase in the number of consumers. They employ a manual stock method, therefore occasionally there are calculation mistakes that result in either an excessive or inadequate supply. Researcher are interested in finding solutions to these issues by developing a web-based inventory management system Kedai Kopi Akut. The SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Waterfall methodology was used to conduct this study. The steps of the methodology include system design, system implementation, system testing, and system evaluation. The end result of this website is an inventory management system website with tools for stock management, a supplier list, a stock list, and supplier management to make it easier to keep track of how much stock is available.
