Abstract

Kehadiran pegawai dan internship dalam setiap perusahaan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan kehadiran para pegawai dan internship dibutuhkannya peranan teknologi informasi untuk menjadi fasilitator instansi yang membutuhkan teknologi pendukung untuk merekap data kehadiran para pegawai dan internship agar lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Namun, dalam proses berkembangnya RRGraph Design memiliki sebuah permasalahan di dalamnya, dimana permasalahan tersebut cukup krusial yaitu mengenai pendataan kehadiran untuk pegawai dan internship. Jika dibiarkan, hal ini akan disepelekan dan akan menjadi kekurangan bagi instansi. Dari permasalahan yang telah dijabarkan, maka diperlukannya sebuah langkah awal dalam membangun sistem pendukung yang mampu memfasilitasi pendataan kehadiran untuk para pegawai dan internship. Teknologi pendukung seperti figma yang digunakan untuk membangun desain UI/UX aplikasi presensi berbasis mobile dibangun untuk memudahkan pegawai dan internship dalam melakukan presensi sehingga data kehadirannya dapat dikemas secara efektif dan efisien

English Abstract

Employee and internship attendance in every company is one of the important aspects of human resource management. In overcoming the problem of the attendance of employees and interns, the role of information technology is needed to become facilitator for agencies that need supporting technology to recap the attendance data of employees and internship to be more structed and efficient. However, in the process of developing RRGraph Design has a problem in it, where the problem is quiet crutial, namely regarding attendance data collection for employees and internship. If left unchecked, this will be underestimated and will become a shortcoming for agency. From the problems that have been described, it is necessary to take the first step in building a support system that is able to facilitate attendance data collection for employees and internship. Supporting technologies such as figma which are used to build UI/UX designs for mobile-based attendance applications are built to make it easier for employees and internship to take attendance so that their attendance data can be packaged effectively and efficiently.
