Abstract

Desain UI/UX merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan sebelum proses development aplikasi sebuah aplikasi, pada desain UI/UX memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam pembuatannya, desainer UI/UX memerlukan sebuah riset mengenai target market sebuah produk digital. Dari perihal tersebut aplikasi Identifikasi Dini Baby Blues (BCare) memerlukan adanya proses perancangan desain UI/UX sebelum dimulainya proses development agar aplikasi yang dibangun dapat diterima oleh pengguna aplikasi. Pada perancangan desain UI/UX aplikasi BCare menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD), dengan menggunakan metode ini diharapkan desain yang dirancang dapat memenuhi ekspektasi dan diterima oleh calon pengguna aplikasi BCare. Perancangan desain aplikasi BCare melibatkan proses wawancara dengan ahli dan pihak pengembang aplikasi, terdapat proses observasi mengenai keluhan user pada beberapa aplikasi kesehatan yang telah beredar, aplikasi Bcare dirancang dengan menggunakan tampilan aplikasi mobile. Hasil dari proses perancangan desain UI/UX diujikan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) ke calon pengguna aplikasi BCare dan mendapatkan hasil yang positif dengan predikat Acceptable (dapat diterima) dengan score yang diperoleh dalam pengujian sebesar 76,5. Dengan demikian perancangan UI/UX aplikasi Identifikasi Dini Baby Blues (BCare) berhasil dirancang sesuai dengan ekspektasi dan diterima oleh pengguna.

English Abstract

UI/UX design is an important thing to do before the application development process of an application, UI/UX design has its own challenges in making it, UI/UX designers need a research on the target market of a digital product. From this matter, the Baby Blues Early Identification application (BCare) requires a UI / UX design process before the start of the development process so that the application built can be accepted by application users. In designing the UI/UX design of the BCare application using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, using this method it is hoped that the design can meet expectations and be accepted by prospective users of the BCare application. The design of the BCare application design involves an interview process with experts and application developers, there is an observation process regarding user complaints on several health applications that have been circulating, the Bcare application is designed using a mobile application display. The results of the UI/UX design process were tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to prospective users of the BCare application and obtained positive results with the Acceptable predicate with a score obtained in the test of 76.5. Thus the UI/UX design of the Early Identification of Baby Blues (BCare) application was successfully designed in accordance with expectations and accepted by users.
