Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan hal-hal yang terkait dengan evaluasi Integrated Farming System sebagai program Corporate Social Responsibility di PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tanjung Awar-Awar. Penelitian degan metode deskriptif kualitatif ini meneliti program Integrated Farming System Sekarwening yang menjadi program andalan Corporate Social Responsibility PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tanjung Awar-Awar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam program yang dijalankan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil dari evaluasi dengan menggunakan 4 aspek, yaitu Profit, Planet, People, dan Procedure. Dengan indikator yang ada di dalam 4 aspek tersebut dapat diketahui apakah program Integrated Farming System Sekarwening sudah memenuhi kriteria yang baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tanjung Awar-Awar untuk mengevaluasi program Corporate Social Responsibility yang sudah dijanlankan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam pada saat magang.
English Abstract
This research was conducted to reveal matters related to the evaluation of the Integrated Farming System as a Corporate Social Responsibility program at PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tanjung Awar-Awar. This descriptive qualitative method research examines the Sekarwening Integrated Farming System program which is the flagship program of PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tanjung Awar-Awar Corporate Social Responsibility. The research was conducted by conducting observations and interviews with the parties involved in the program. The results of this study show the results of the evaluation using 4 aspects, namely Profit, Planet, People, and Procedure. With the indicators in the 4 aspects, it can be seen whether the Sekarwening Integrated Farming System program has met good criteria. This research is expected to help PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tanjung Awar-Awar to evaluate the Corporate Social Responsibility program that has been implemented.
