Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan melalui program WAK MUQIDIN mendorong perkembangan TPQ. Namun, pembangunan pendidikan keagamaan ini tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan guru-guru TPQ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perceived social support terhadap subjective well-being guru TPQ. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 90 guru TPQ, dengan 61 perempuan dan 29 laki-laki, dipilih menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling. Instrumen penelitian mencakup Revised Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (R-MSPSS) untuk mengukur perceived social support, serta Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dan Scale of Positive and Negative Experiences (SPANE) untuk menilai kondisi subjective well-being para Guru TPQ. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived social support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap subjective well-being Guru TPQ. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan dalam merumuskan kebijakan terkait pengembangan pendidikan keagamaan.

English Abstract

The Pasuruan Regency Government through the WAK MUQIDIN program is promoting the development of Islamic Education Units (TPQ). However, this religious education development is not accompanied by an improvement in the welfare of TPQ teachers. This research aims to analyze the role of perceived social support in the subjective well-being of TPQ Teachers. The respondents in this study consist of 90 TPQ teachers, with 61 females and 29 males, selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments include the Revised Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (R-MSPSS) to measure perceived social support, as well as the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and the Scale of Positive and Negative Experiences (SPANE) to assess the subjective well-being of TPQ teachers. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results show that perceived social support significantly influences the subjective well-being of TPQ teachers. The implications of this research can serve as an evaluation material for the Pasuruan Regency Government in formulating policies related to the development of religious education.
