Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hidrokoloid pektin daun cincau hijau (Cyclea Barbata Miers) dan chitosan terhadap jumlah FGF pada luka tekan derajat 2. Metode penelitian ini eksperimental laboratoris in vivo rancangan acak lengkap pada seri dengan 20 ekor tikus putih galur wistar dalam 5 kelompok, yakni kelompok kontrol positif (hidrokoloid standar), kelompok kontrol negatif (kassa steril dan NaCl 0.9%), kelompok perlakuan 1 (pektin dan chitosan rasio 20:80), kelompok perlakuan 2 (pektin dan chitosan rasio 25:75), kelompok perlakuan 3 (pektin dan chitosan rasio 33:67). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data berdistribusi normal dan homogen (P>0.05). Hasil uji OneWay ANOVA berbeda signifikan pada rata-rata jumlah ekspresi FGF di antara semua kelompok sebesar 0.000. Kelompok P1 tidak berbeda signifikan terhadap kelompok K- (P 0.793) dan K+ (0.387), Kelompok P2 berbeda signifikan terhadap kelompok K- (P 0.000) dan K+ (P 0.018), dan Kelompok P3 berbeda signifikan terhadap kelompok K- (P 0.000) dan K+ (P 0.023).
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of hydrocolloid pectin from green grass jelly leaves (Cyclea Barbata Miers) and chitosan on the amount of FGF in grade 2 pressure wounds. The research method is an in vivo laboratory experimental completely randomized design in a series with 20 white Wistar rats in 5 groups, namely positive control group (standard hydrocolloid), negative control group (sterile gauze and NaCl 0.9%), treatment group 1 (pectin and chitosan ratio 20:80), treatment group 2 (pectin and chitosan ratio 25:75), treatment group 3 (pectin and chitosan ratio 33:67). Based on the results of data analysis, the data was normally distributed and homogeneous (P>0.05). The results of the One-Way ANOVA test were significantly different in the average amount of FGF expression between all groups of 0.000. Group P1 was not significantly different from groups K- (P 0.793) and K+ (0.387), Group P2 was significantly different from groups K- (P 0.000) and K+ (P 0.018), and Group P3 was significantly different from group K- (P 0.000 ) and K+ (P 0.023).
