Abstract
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Evaluasi Penerapan Filling System Wilayah dan Nomor Pada Arsip Dinamis Buku Tanah di BPN Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian hasil data yang diolah melalui empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan dengan informan pegawai ruang buku tanah dan kepala ruang buku tanah. Hasil dari penerapan fillling system wilayah dan nomor adalah memberikan keefektifan dalam melakukan pencarian kembali arsip dinamis buku tanah, sehingga Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Malang dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Saran yang diberikan yaitu terkait fasilitas yang dinilai kurang dalam menunjang penerapan filling system wilayah dan nomor pada BPN Kabupaten Malang
English Abstract
His final project aims to produce an Evaluation of the Application of the Regional and Number Filling System in Dynamic Land Book Archives at BPN Malang Regency. The method used in this final project research is kualiatatif descriptive research method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the results of the data are processed through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions with informants of the land book room employees and the head of the land book room. The result of the application of the regional and number fillling system is to provide effectiveness in retrieving dynamic land book archives, so that the Malang Regency Land Office can provide the best service. The suggestions given are related to facilities that are considered inadequate in supporting the implementation of the regional and number filling system at the Malang Regency BPN.
