Abstract
Pentingnya adopsi teknologi bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), terutama di era digitalisasi, adalah sebuah tantangan yang dihadapi oleh industri jasa laundry. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Laundrysaee di Kota Malang memerlukan sistem monitoring transaksi berbasis web. Sistem ini telah dirancang dengan metode waterfall dan diimplementasikan menggunakan teknologi terkini seperti Laravel 10 dan Bootstrap, dengan menggunakan Visual Studio Code, Laragon, Figma dan phpMyAdmin sebagai tools pengembangan. Sistem ini diuji menggunakan black box testing dan usability testing, yang hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang baik dari pengguna, dengan skor 76 menempatkannya dalam kategori yang dapat diterima.
English Abstract
The importance of adopting technology for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the era of digitalization, is a challenge faced by the laundry service industry. To address this challenge, Laundrysaee in Malang City needs a web-based transaction monitoring system. This system has been designed using the waterfall method and implemented using cutting-edge technologies such as Laravel 10 and Bootstrap, with Visual Studio Code, Laragon, Figma and phpMyAdmin as development tools. The system was tested using black box testing and usability testing, which resulted in a high level of user satisfaction, with a score of 76 placing it in the acceptable category.
