Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses pelaksanaan Ekpedisi pengiriman barang oleh PT Jasima Cargo. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu in-depth Interview dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui proses pelaksanaan pendataan masih melakukan cara konvensional dan pelacakan barang yang tidak bisa dilihat oleh pengirim. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan Visual Code, yang dapat diakses oleh admin, dan dilihat oleh user jika telah mendapatkan code dari admin. Aplikasi memiliki fitur tracking, customer, forwarder, dan user. Aplikasi telah diuji dengan metode blackbox.

English Abstract

This research aims to assist the process of implementing goods delivery expeditions by PT Jasima Cargo. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and observation. From the research results, it is known that the data collection process still uses conventional methods and tracks goods that cannot be seen by the sender. Applications created using the PHP programming language and using Visual Code, which can be accessed by the admin, and seen by the user if they have received the code from the admin. The application has tracking, customer, forwarder and user features. The application has been tested using the blackbox method.
