Abstract
Medcom Enteprise adalah salah layanan yang ada di UB Media and Communication Group yang bergerak pada bidang event management. Medcom Entreprise memiliki 3 layanan yaitu event management, talent management, dan media exposure. Media exposure yang dimaksud disini adalah layanan untuk promosi atau disebut juga dengan media partner. Peran media partner sendiri adalah Medcom Entreprise sebagai pihak media dan penyedia layanan yang menerima suatu kerjasama dalam mempromosikan suatu event dari sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan melalui sosial media Instagram Medcom Entreprise. Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini memilki tujuan untuk membuat Standard Operating Procedure Media Partner untuk pengelolaan layanan media partner pada Instagram @medcom.entreprise agar berjalan secara efektif, efisien, dan sistematis. Hal ini dikarenakan pengelolaan layanan media partner di Medcom Entreprise sendiri belom memiliki SOP maupun standar pedoman dalam pengelolaan media partner. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori penyusunan Standard Operating Procedure Media partner yang dipakai dikemukakan oleh Tambunan (2013). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada rancangan Standard Operating Procedure yang akan digunakan oleh Medcom Entreprise dalam pengelolaan layanan media partner
English Abstract
Medcom Entreprise is one of the services in the UB Media and Communication Group which is engaged in event management. Medcom Entreprise has 3 services, namely event management, talent management, and media exposure. The media exposure referred to here is a service for promotion or also known as a media partner. The role of the media partner itself is Medcom Entreprise as a media party and service provider who accepts a collaboration in promoting an event from an organization or company through Medcom Entreprise's Instagram social media. This Final Project research has the aim of creating a Media Partner Standard Operating Procedure for managing media partner services on Instagram @medcom.entreprise to run effectively, efficiently and systematically. This is because the management of media partner services at Medcom Entreprise itself does not have an SOP or standard guidelines in managing media partners. This type of research is qualitative research and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory of preparing the Standard Operating Procedure Media partner used was proposed by Tambunan (2013). From the results of the study, it is known that there is a draft Standard Operating Procedure that will be used by Medcom Entreprise in managing media partner services
