Abstract
Kegiatan operasional suatu perusahaan memerlukan administrasi agar tercapai efektivitas dan efisiensi yang mendukung produktivitas perusahaan. Salah satunya, Administrasi dalam perjalanan dinas menjadi kegiatan penting di Departemen Offshore PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. Proses administrasi perjalanan dinas dilakukan oleh karyawan yang melakukan perjalanan dinas dan admin yang mengelola. Penulisan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki tanpa melalui pengujian hipotesis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Penulis menggunakan teori efektivitas dari Steers (2020) dengan empat kriteria dari aspek produktivitas, pencarian sumber daya, kemampuan adaptasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Dari hasil pengukuran efektivitas melihat sejauh mana kerja karyawan dalam proses administrasi perjalanan dinas sudah berjalan baik akan tetapi masih belum maksimal. Proses administrasi perjalanan dinas yang dilakukan karyawan dan admin masih memiliki hambatan dalam hal akuntabilitas dokumen laporan perjalanan dinas yang dapat menghambat efektivitas kerja karyawan di Departemen Offshore PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. Oleh karena itu, meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi perjalanan dinas, perlu dilakukan pelatihan rutin bagi admin dan karyawan, penyederhanaan prosedur secara berkala, serta peningkatan komunikasi antar Departemen. Hal tersebut akan menghasilkan tindakan yang tepat untuk menangani permasalahan yang sering timbul dalam proses administrasi perjalanan dinas dikemudian hari.
English Abstract
The operational activities of a company require administration in order to be efficient and support the productivity of the company. One of them, the administration on the way to service, is an important activity in the Offshore Department of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. The process of administration of the journey of service is carried out by the employees who travel the service and the administrator who manages. This writing uses the kind of descriptive research of a qualitative approach, that is, to describe the relationship between the phenomena being investigated without testing hypotheses. Data is collected through interviews and observations. The author uses the Steers (2020) theory of effectiveness with four criteria: productivity aspects, resource search, adaptability, and job satisfaction. From the measurement of effectiveness, see how far the work of employees in the process of travel administration has gone well but is still not maximized. The service travel administration process carried out by employees and administrators still has obstacles in terms of accountability of service travel report documents that can impede the effectiveness of the work of employees in the Offshore Department of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of the travel administration, it is necessary to carry out routine training for administrators and employees, simplify procedures on a regular basis, and improve communication between the departments. Then it will produce appropriate action to deal with the problems that often arise in the process of administering travel services later in the day.
