Abstract
Data curah hujan sangat penting dalam pemodelan hidrologi untuk pengelolaan sumber daya air di Indonesia. Data hujan biasanya dikumpulkan dari berbagai penakar hujan yang ada di wilayah Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS), tetapi distribusinya tidak tersebar merata secara spasial dan temporal, seperti pada lokasi studi ini yaitu DAS Wampu. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, data satelit digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk analisis curah hujan. Namun, data hujan satelit harus dilakukan koreksi agar merepresentasikan hujan di bumi. DAS Wampu sebagai lokasi studi terletak di Provinsi Sumatera Utara memiliki 4 stasiun hujan yaitu Stasiun DolokSiau, Munthe, Payung, dan Merek. Jenis satelit yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) yang memiliki spesifikasi temporal 30 menit dan spasial 0.1o x 0.1o atau sekitar 10 km x 10 km. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengkoreksi data hujan satelit yaitu Trial and Error koefisien koreksi. Hasil koreksi diperiksa kewajaran curah hujan rencana menggunakan distribusi GEV dengan software Hydrognomon. Kemudian, dilakukan validasi data satelit terkoreksi menggunakan tiga parameter statistik yaitu RMSE – observation standard deviation ratio (RSR), Nash-Sutchliffe Efficiency (NSE), dan Koefisien Korelasi (r). Analisis koreksi menghasilkan koefisien koreksi untuk mengoreksi data hujan satelit GPM yaitu interval hujan 0 – 10 mm = 0.9; 10 – 20 mm = 0.91; 20 – 40 mm = 0.95; 40 – 50 mm = 0.99; 50 – 100 mm = 1.01; 100 – 110 mm = 1.011; dan >110 mm = 1.012. Hasil pengujian kualitas data dan pemeiriksaan kewajaran curah hujan rencana dari data satelit GPM terkoreksi memenuhi syarat yang ditentukan. Kemudian, validasi data satelit GPM terkoreksi menunjukkan tingkat keakuratan “Sangat Baik” terhadap data stasiun hujan.
English Abstract
Rainfall data is essential in hydrological modeling for water resources management in Indonesia. Rainfall data is usually collected from various rain station in the watershed area, but the distribution is not evenly distributed spatially and temporally, as in this study location, the Wampu watershed. These problems can be solved with satellite rainfall data as an alternative to hydrological analysis. However, satellite rainfall data has to be corrected to represent rainfall on Earth. The Wampu watershed as a study site is located in North Sumatra Province and has 4 rain stations, namely DolokSiau, Munthe, Payung, and Merek Stations. The type of satellite used in this study is Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) which has a temporal specification of 30 minutes and spatial 0.1o x 0.1o or about 10 km x 10 km. The method used to correct satellite rain data is the Trial and Error correction coefficient. The correction results are checked for the reasonableness of the rainfall plan using GEV distribution with Hydrognomon software. Then, validation of corrected satellite data using three statistical parameters, i.e. RMSE - observation standard deviation ratio (RSR), Nash Sutchliffe Efficiency (NSE), and Correlation Coefficient (r). Correction analysis produces correction coefficients to correct the GPM satellite rain data, i.e rain interval 0 – 10 mm = 0.9; 10 – 20 mm = 0.91; 20 – 40 mm = 0.95; 40 – 50 mm = 0.99; 50 – 100 mm = 1.01; 100 – 110 mm = 1.011; dan >110 mm = 1.012. The results of data quality testing and fairness monitoring of rainfall plans from corrected GPM satellite data fulfill the specified requirements. Then, validation of corrected GPM satellite data shows a "Very Good" level of accuracy against rain station data.
