Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kewajiban perpajakan PT.X diterapkan sebelum dan setelah pemanfaatan insentif PPh Pasal 25 pada tahun 2019 dan untuk mengetahui keuntungan yang diperoleh perusahaan dari pemanfaatan insentif tersebut. Untuk mencapai kesimpulan, data yang diperoleh akan diolah dan dianalisis sesuai dengan teori yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. X telah memanfaatkan insentif PPh Pasal 25 dengan baik dan memiliki dampak yang baik. Dengan demikian, insentif tersebut tepat sasaran untuk perusahaan. Berapa besar angsuran PPh Pasal 25 sebelum dan setelah manfaatnya dan bisa menentukan selisih dari sebelum dan setelah memanfaatkan insentif tersebut.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the advantages of applying these incentives for the business by determining how PT. X's tax responsibilities were implemented in 2019 both before and after implementing Article 25 Income Tax. A case technique is applied. To make inferences, the acquired data will be handled and examined in accordance with the hypothesis being investigated. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that PT. X has effectively utilized the incentives, and that this utilization has a positive effect or benefits the business, indicating that the Article 25 Income Tax incentive has been beneficial to the business.
