Abstract
Berdasarkan data dari Parcel Perform dan iPrice Group dalam survei terbaru yang dilakukan pada tahun 2021 dengan lebih dari 80.000 responden di Malaysia, Singapura, Vietnam dan Thailand, 35% konsumen dan perusahaan masih memiliki masalah pada saat pengiriman barang. Selain itu lebih dari 90% keluhan dan tanggapan negatif dari pelanggan terkait dengan keterlambatan pengiriman atau kurangnya komunikasi tentang status pengiriman. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melacak pengiriman barang secara real-time. Metro Tracking Apps merupakan Aplikasi Tracking pengiriman barang berbasis mobile. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur pelacakan secara real time pada kendaraan yang sudah terpasang dengan GPS (Global Positioning System). Aplikasi tracking pengiriman barang ini dirancang menggunakan framework flutter dan menggunakan service pihak ketiga yang bernama Traccar Service API. Aplikasi tracking pengiriman barang atau Metro Tracking Apps diuji dengan metode Black Box Testing dan hasil yang diperoleh adalah Aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
English Abstract
Based on data from Parcel Perform and iPrice Group in the latest survey conducted in 2021 with more than 80,000 respondents in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand, 35% of consumers and companies still have problems when shipping goods. In addition, more than 90% of complaints and negative responses from customers are related to delivery delays or lack of communication about delivery status. Therefore, we need an application that can track the delivery of goods in real-time. Metro Tracking Apps is a mobile-based delivery tracking application. This application has a real time tracking feature on vehicles that are installed with GPS (Global Positioning System). This application is designed using the flutter framework and uses a third-party service called the Traccar Service API. The delivery tracking application was tested using the Black Box Testing method and the results obtained were that the application was running as expected.
