Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik jual-beli pre order pada toko online Barkarajuta berdasarkan ketentuan syariat islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksplanatoris pada toko online Barkarajuta. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan owner dari toko online Barkarajuta. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara tidak sengaja owner telah menjalankan bisnis jualbeli online dengan tata cara yang telah sesuai dengan syariat islam yaitu telah memenuhi semua rukun, syarat dan karakeristik dalam jual-beli yang dilakukan dengan cara pre order atau istishna’. Kesesuaian dengan syariah tersebut karena faktor dari keberkahan yang secara tidak sengaja membuat owner telah melakukan jual-beli yang sesuai syariah. Keberkahan tersebut diperoleh owner dari niat ketulusannya dalam membantu dan mengharapkan berkah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas usaha yang ia jalankan.
English Abstract
The objective of the study is to analyze the practice of pre-order trading (buying and selling) at Barkarajuta online shop based on the provisions of Islamic law. This descriptive qualitative research employs case study approach, in which the data are obtained by interview to the owner of the Barkarajuta online shop. The results show that the owner is unacquainted of the shop’s implementing the buying and selling procedures which comply with the Islamic law. The applied contract meets all pillars, requirements, and characteristics of pre-order trading, commonly called istishna’. The compatibility with Islamic law is due to a blessing factor that inadvertently triggers the owner put the sharia-based purchase into practice. The blessing is gained by the owner due to his sincere intentions to help others and expect the grace of the Almighty God upon the efforts he is undertaking
