Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Multitasking berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Tamu Hotel The ONE Legian Bali. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 39 responden yang merupakan tamu Hotel The One Legian Bali. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada Tamu Hotel THE One Legian Bali secara acak. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis refresi linear sederhana melalui program SPSS. Dari pengujian hipotesis didapatkanlah pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Multitasking Staff Front Office terhadap Kepuasan Tamu Hotel The ONE Legian Bali. Dapat diartikan bahwa semakin baik penggunaan metode Multitasking maka akan semakin banyak tamu menginap.

English Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether Multitasking affects Guest Satisfaction at The ONE Legian Bali Hotel. In this study 39 respondents were obtained who were guests of The One Legian Bali Hotel. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to guests of The One Legian Bali Hotel randomly. The data processing method uses the simple linear regression analysis method through the SPSS programme. From hypothesis testing, it is found that there is a positive and significant partial influence between Multitasking Front Office Staff on Guest Satisfaction at The ONE Legian Bali Hotel. It can be interpreted that the better the use of the Multitasking method, the more guests stay.
