Abstract
Perpustakaan Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pertanian menyediakan Layanan Penelusuran Informasi dan Literatur Digital sebagai langkah inovatif dalam memfasilitasi pemustaka dalam mengakses bahan informasi tanpa keharusan mengunjungi perpustakaan. Namun, disayangkan bahwa pemahaman mengenai layanan ini masih terbatas, disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi dan panduan terkait penggunaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah Video Animasi Tutorial Penggunaan Layanan Penelusuran Informasi dan Literatur Digital di Perpustakaan Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pertanian. Melalui video ini, diharapkan pemustaka akan lebih memahami dan mampu memanfaatkan Layanan Penelusuran Informasi dan Literatur Digital secara efisien, sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan beragam metode pengumpulan data, seperti observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil utama penelitian ini adalah sebuah video animasi tutorial informatif yang memberikan panduan praktis mengenai penggunaan Layanan Penelusuran Informasi dan Literatur Digital di perpustakaan.
English Abstract
The Library of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Agriculture provides Digital Information and Literature Search Services as an innovative step to facilitate patrons in accessing information materials without the necessity of visiting the physical library. However, it is unfortunate that understanding of this service remains limited due to the lack of promotion and guidance regarding its utilization. The purpose of this research is to develop an Animated Tutorial Video on the Use of Digital Information and Literature Search Services at the Library of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Agriculture. Through this video, it is expected that patrons will have a better understanding and be able to efficiently utilize the Digital Information and Literature Search Services in accordance with the library's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Various data collection methods, including observation, interviews, and document analysis, were employed in this study. The primary outcome of this research is an informative animated tutorial video that offers practical guidance on utilizing Digital Information and Literature Search Services at the library.
