Abstract
SRIKANDI merupakan sebuah aplikasi tata kelola kearsipan berbasis digital yang dimana penggunaannya sangat mudah dan dapat dijangkau kapan dan dimana saja melalui laptop maupun handphone. Namun menurut hasil survei yang dilakukan penulis membuktikan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI masih terkendala pada pegawai ASN Kementerian Agama Kota Surabaya kurang paham mengenai cara penggunaannya sehingga proses penggunaan aplikasi tersebut masih dikatakan lambat. Sehingga para pegawai ASN Kementerian Agama Kota Surabaya menyatakan bahwa perlu dibuatkan sebuah media untuk menjelaskan mengenai cara penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI. Maka dari itu, penulis merasa perlu untuk membuat rancangan video tutorial penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI bagi pegawai ASN Kementerian Agama Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, metode tersebut mendeskripsikan rancangan pembuatan video tutorial penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI dengan cara penyelesaiannya menggunakan langkah 4D Thiagarajan yang berisi diantaranya : Define (Tahap pendefinisian), Design (Tahap perancangan), Develop (Tahap pengembangan dan pembuatan), Disseminate (Tahap pemanfaatan dan penggunaan). Pada akhirnya, hasil penelitian dari video tutorial aplikasi SRIKANDI ini berhasil, terbukti dari hasil survei Google Form yang berisi respon positif dari pegawai ASN Kementerian Agama Kota Surabaya mengenai video tutorial aplikasi SRIKANDI tersebut. Dengan demikian, diharapkan video tutorial aplikasi SRIKANDI ini dapat diimplementasikan pada tata kelola kearsipan di Kementerian Agama Kota Surabaya.
English Abstract
The SRIKANDI application is a digital-based archival management application whose use is very easy and can be accessed anytime and anywhere via laptop or cellphone. However, according to the results of a survey conducted by the author, it is proven that the use of the SRIKANDI application is still hampered by ASN employees of the Ministry of Religion of Surabaya City who do not understand how to use it, so the process of using the application is still said to be slow. So the ASN employees of the Surabaya City Ministry of Religion stated that it was necessary to create a media to explain how to use the SRIKANDI application. Therefore, the author felt it necessary to design a video tutorial on using the SRIKANDI application for ASN employees of the Ministry of Religion, Surabaya City. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, this method describes the design of making a video tutorial for using the SRIKANDI application by completing it using Thiagarajan’s 4D steps which include: Define (definition stage), Design (design stage), Develop (development and creation stage ), Disseminate (Utilization and use stage). In the end, the research results from the SRIKANDI application video tutorial were successful, as proven by the results of a Google Form survey which contained positive responses from ASN employees of the Ministry of Religion of Surabaya City regarding the SRIKANDI application video tutorial. Thus, it is hoped that this SRIKANDI application tutorial video can be implemented in archives management at the Ministry of Religion of Surabaya City.
